Until recently we were based in an outdated, 20th Century style office building. The closed offices and long dim corridors resulted in many of our employees not knowing one another as they rarely met. This arrangement did not suit our company‘s philosophy and the creative thinking we apply to everything we do. We chose the River Garden offices because they met our desire for a good location with easy access for our employees and clients. Together with Cigler Marani Architects, we designed a brand new creative space, with a sophisticated office layout comprising several zones. Our staff no longer have specific workplaces, as the office operates a ‘Hot Desking‘ arrangement, allowing employees the freedom to choose a working environment that suits them at the time. This, among other things, helps to define the collaborative and creative atmosphere in our new River Garden offices.
